Use of Services
OurTopClinic is a healthcare facility providing patients with access to licensed healthcare professionals for in-person medical consultations and treatment.
IMPORTANT:
Our services are not suitable for emergency medical or mental health situations. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately.
Patient Responsibilities
By using OurTopClinic, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal, contact, and health-related information.
- Use services only if you are 18 years or older (or under parental/legal guardian supervision).
- Only use the platform for non-emergency, lawful healthcare-related communication and consultation.
- Acknowledge that any care provided is the responsibility of the independent provider you choose.

Provider Responsibilities
If you are a healthcare provider on OurTopClinic, you agree to:
- Maintain active licensure in the state(s) in which you provide care.
- Hold valid malpractice insurance at all times.
- Deliver care that meets professional, legal, and ethical standards.
- Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA and relevant healthcare regulations.
Providers are solely responsible for the care and services they provide. OurTopClinic is not liable for provider actions, omissions, or clinical decisions.
Validity of Prescription
If your treatment includes prescription medications:
- Prescriptions are only issued by licensed providers after a valid medical consultation and clinical assessment.
- No prescription will be issued without a legitimate practitioner-patient relationship.
- Medications are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies. You have the right to choose your preferred pharmacy for fulfillment.
- We do not facilitate the distribution of controlled substances in violation of applicable laws.
Medical Consultation Consent
By using OurTopClinic, patients give informed consent to receive healthcare services via in-person consultations, which may include:
- Same-day office visits
- Physical examinations
- Follow-up appointments
You acknowledge that:
- In-person visits require physical presence at our clinic.
- No diagnosis or prescription is guaranteed.
- Providers determine if the clinic is appropriate for your condition.
Electronic Communications
By providing your contact information, you:
- Consent to receive appointment reminders, account updates, and service notifications by SMS, email, or phone.
- Understand that message frequency varies and standard text messaging and data rates may apply.
- Can reply "STOP" to unsubscribe from SMS communications or "HELP" for assistance.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are accurate and up to date.
Payment Terms
OurTopClinic operates as a self-pay platform currently:
- All fees are due at the time of scheduling.
- We may submit patient data to insurance companies only if authorized by the patient, such as for reimbursement purposes.
- Refunds are only issued in limited cases, as determined solely by OurTopClinic.
Service Eligibility and Availability
Our services are currently available to users located in the United States. Specifically, our providers are licensed to provide in-person services in the state of:
- Florida (FL)
Service availability is subject to provider licensure and availability in each jurisdiction.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or supervised by a parent/legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without liability.
Website Control & Domain Accuracy
In accordance with healthcare certification standards:
- We maintain accurate domain registration (Whois) details and do not use proxy or privacy services that obscure ownership information.
- We do not link to or refer users to healthcare merchant websites that do not meet established safety and compliance standards.
- All sensitive data processing is conducted using secure encryption (SSL/TLS) technology.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OurTopClinic is not liable for:
- Any medical care or outcomes provided by third-party providers.
- Delays, technical issues, or platform errors.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
By using OurTopClinic, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and:
- You waive your right to a trial by jury.
- You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
